For already five years , le Prieure de la Chaise has organized a show which recalls the life of the people of Saint-George sur Cher and the surrounding villages from  the medieval time until nowadays.

This year, our new spectacle will be held from August 10th to 14th.

To find us :


  • From the N76 (tours - Vierzon) : between Chenonceaux and Montrichard, from the center of the village St Georges sur Cher follow signs for le prieure de la chaise.

  • From Amboise : follow signs for Montrichard. 3 kms before Montrichard, turn right towards Chissay en Touraine, then St Georges sur Cher.
